Over the course of life one may experience mental health problems which could in turn affect thinking, mood and behavior. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:

The Department of Psychiatry in Burjeel Medical Centre, Azaiba is committed to providing psychiatric, psychological and behavioral health services to patients of all ages in a compassionate, safe and patient-focused manner. The care is customized to the patient’s needs using various modalities of treatment, which are usually on an outpatient basis. Along with a Clinical Psychologist , both psychotherapy and medical management are provided depending on the individual needs of the patient.
